What to write to us about
🐛 Bug reports
Found a game that will not load, a boss that will not die, or a score that will not save? Tell us the game name, your browser and device (for example "Chrome on Windows 11" or "Safari on iPhone 15"), and what you were doing when it broke. Screenshots help enormously.
🎮 Game suggestions and feedback
Want a genre we do not cover, a difficulty option, remappable keys, or a game brought back from the shelf? Send it over. A good chunk of the arcade exists because somebody asked.
🏆 Leaderboard removals
Want a score or display name taken down? Send the game name and the exact display name as it appears on the board, and we will remove it. If you accidentally posted a real name or anything personal, say so and we will treat it as urgent.
🔒 Privacy requests
Access, correction, deletion, or opting out of targeted advertising — write to the same address with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We aim to respond within 30 days. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Before you write
- A game will not load? Try a hard refresh, disable ad-blockers or privacy extensions for this site, and make sure your browser is up to date. Some titles are heavy and need a desktop-class browser.
- Lost your progress? Saves live in your own browser's storage. Clearing browsing data, private/incognito mode, or switching devices will wipe them, and we cannot restore them from our end.
- Forgot your account password? There are no accounts — nothing to reset. Just type a name and play.
Response times
We are a very small team building the games as well as running the site, so replies can take a few days. Privacy, safety and takedown requests jump the queue.
